We are fortunate and honored to further Freedom Forum’s mission to foster First Amendment freedoms for all.
Their work is to raise awareness of First Amendment freedoms through education, advocacy, and action, sharing the stories of Americans who have exercised their rights to ignite change. Their basic operating principles are trust and dependability, and they ensure that honesty and integrity are foremost in their service and products, with complete transparency of their operations.
For 22 years, the Freedom Forum educated people about the five freedoms of the First Amendment and the importance of a free and fair press through an innovative interactive museum called the Newseum.
Overall, there were three organizations under one IT umbrella (religiosfreedom.org being the third), with shared staff and IT resources, operating out of three separate US locations, all of them having a very heavy web presence, thus, posing a challenge in terms of cybersecurity, managed services, help desk, and web traffic.
Sequentur assisted Freedom Forum in upgrading three remote sites (hardware and software), moving all server-based operations to the cloud, and enabling IT-related procedures to be distributed to their users. Literally, ALL of the existing equipment and systems were replaced; all on a time crunch, still on target and within budget.
I’ve been a regular and frequent visitor and reader of Today’s Front Pages since the Newseum began it. Been worried about its continued viability and am pleased Freedom Forum has taken over. As much as I’ve learned from the unique perspective it provides daily, I honestly wanted more. So I’m pleased that you have improved it with the ability to download a pdf and access the paper’s website. Often have I wanted to finish reading front page articles.
