At the Stone Bar & Kitchen in Columbus, Ohio, the local chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM) hosted a dynamic evening of tech insight, business networking, and practical problem-solving. The featured guest was Chris Osborne, Founder of Vector One, who led a lively discussion on Microsoft PowerApps and how businesses can leverage the platform to drive automation, efficiency, and custom solutions—without the enterprise price tag.
Sequentur was proud to be part of the event, represented by Pete Roehrig, our boots-on-the-ground IT strategist in Columbus. Pete joined Chris and attendees in an engaging exchange about the real-world use of PowerApps—especially how small and midsized businesses are using it to replace clunky workflows, eliminate repetitive tasks, and stay competitive in a digital-first economy.
“What stood out most,” Pete said, “was the clear appetite for tools that are scalable, affordable, and not overbuilt. PowerApps fits that mold perfectly—and Sequentur helps businesses get the most out of technology without needing an in-house development team.”
As a proactive Managed Service Provider (MSP) with deep Microsoft experience, Sequentur regularly helps clients design, deploy, and manage a variety of Microsoft solutions. Our involvement with SIM—both nationally and through the emerging Tampa Bay chapter—keeps us at the forefront of IT innovation and gives us a platform to help shape the conversation around scalable tech in the SMB space.
We’re grateful to SIM Columbus and Chris Osborne for hosting such a valuable event—and to Pete for being the voice of Sequentur’s mission: helping businesses thrive with smart, secure, and scalable IT.
